oh, i know it wont hurt anything. I was just wondering why you would deviate from the norm on that. Just curious, thats all.

yeah its 50 50 but just to be in the safe side so it don't frize i put more colant.
and i have a head gasket problem. my car smells like bad coolant water. it starts on 3 pistons but when i review to 3000rpm the car will work fine. and while i do that there is lots of smoke coming out.<<<<<<<<<head gasket.

well it is. no biggy though. all i got to do is disconext all the wires. take off all the belts and exaust manifold 4 from 2 then take off the head. check out the rear mount. new gasket ($30) and i am good to go.

thats why i said i am taking off the belts but i am not changing them. i changed them 30k ago when i swaped the engine. so i am not about to pay another $150 for this car.

just for future refrences. it was head gasket.
