    issues at speeds 50+mph

Well heres the deal..on the interstate get to about 70, car starts to bounce in the front, like it slowly starts getting worse as i proceed above 70 mph. If i slowy hit the gas a little more then it gets worse. u can feel it kinda in the gas pedal but it isnt an engine problem. u can feel the vibration through the pedal also but the front end has like a jump to it. Then usually if i stop the car and take off again itll quit...Well first i thought it was my ball joints...took tires/rims off to look and feel suspension and everything was just like it should be-no play what so ever. So i then thought maybe it could be my tires(almost completely bald on the outside/completely bald on inside due to camber. yes its lowered) so i put steelies with brand new all seasons and fresh balanced. I havent really had this issue occur since( i put the tires on lastnight) but on the way home from work it felt like i could feel it beginning to happen again so i eased from 60 to about 53 or so. notes to add

    *doesnt ALWAYS do it
*torque mount bushing on the front of engine is pretty shot(could that be it?)
