    how to get spray paint off your cars paint?

    So somebody tagged up my coworkers CB7 and I was wondering what the cheapest way to get spray paint off of the OEM paint.? Its possible right?

    acetone, rubbing compound witha buffer, theres many ways

      i got road paint on my cb once... i clay barred it the same day and it came off. tell him to try that it should work.

        i think bug and tar remover works on that too.

            Wet sand with 1500 or so.
            Sig removed due to excessive size.

              Lacquer thinner will clean it right off, you may have to work for it.

                you always want to start with the least aggressive methods first. i'd first try clay, or the lacquer thinner. depending on the paint that was sparyed on, that probably won't work. and the longer the paint sits on the car, the harder it will be to get off.

                if that happened to me, i'd clay the whole car...even the windows because paint mist is going to be all over it. then i'd use an orbital polisher with a polishing compound to wear it off the car. you'll have to polish the whole car to match the polished panels. later.

                  if you do use any solvents i'd dilute, and make sure you immediately clean/treat/polish/wax ur clear coat

                    Yeah. That would be my last resort. I'm just saying if all else fails. Personally, I'd use acetone.

                      Good shit. They painted on the windows as well. I'm going to go at it in the morning. I ended up buying the car for 240 bucks. I don't have Internet right now for pics. But will def let you guys know how it turns out. Thanks again
