what other ways are there to seal egr ports

well i opened my h23 egr ports and i had to grind down all the welded stuff off of it to get them open and it doesnt look like it has enough meat left to tap and screw.. but is there any other way i can seal them and still have them easier to access than egr port plugs?..

jb epoxy maybe? is that stuff easy to remove?

i need to do this asap so i can try to get it on already.. thanks guys

If you cant tap the ports jb maybe your only option but itll be the same hassle to clean everytime

just silicone it with some Ultra grey or Ultra black. doubt there's enough pressure int he chamber to shoot out a 1/2" pipe plug.
