Start Car Radio cuts out...

So I jumped in my car to head to work this morning. After starting the car my Sony Cd Deck always turns on playing whatever I was listening to the day before CD or Radio. The radio came on for a few seconds blaring a radio station then it went dead, like no electricity dead. I didn`t have time to go checking the two fuse boxes or dismantling the deck, but those will be the two things i look at first when I get home. But is there anything else I should be looking at? This radio has been in my Car for almost 3 years untouched and properly wired and secured in the dash, other than the deck being defective I don`t see how there could be an electrical problem with the car.

ya know i had the same problem happen to my first accord some time ago. Check the cables to your battery. if it's loose your stereo will cut out every once in a while but your car will run just the same.
