Haynes is thinner and more for noobs in my opinion (so better for beginners so it doesn't confuse you) the chiltons assumes you are already somewhat proficient under the hood of a car. Example, when you look at a section in chiltons for, say, replacing a master cylinder it would say...
    1. Remove master cylinder.
    2. Installation is reverse of removal.

OK, its not that vague, but it assumes that you know a lot about cars and where everything is under the hood. I have both, but I had a chiltons first, they have more info in them (thicker)

    ISBN's are
    Haynes - 1-56392-067-0
    Chiltons - 0-8019-8680-x

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

The ultimate manual is the Helms (Honda factory manual), but if you do not want to pay that much and for most normal maintenance items a Haynes is my 2nd choice. I compared both Chilton's and Hayne's and I like the way the Hayne's is setup.

Haynes has all the torque specs, capacities, gap settings, etc at the beginning of each chapter, which is dedicated to a system on the car. Also, they are dedicated to a particular car, where a Chilton's is thicker cuz it may have other similar models in the same book, which you don't care about because it's not your car. Basically the layout attracts me more. I suggest it for anyone that simply wants to maintain their vehicle and keep it in good working order. Now, if you want to get into performance, etc...a Helms is the good choice.

Meh...get both. In one situation or another, each book is going to be vague, so it's good to have a cross-reference. And like was said in the above post, Helms is the ultimate book. You could say it was the bible of repair manuals (about as thick too).

Well, I did a search on the F22a3 engine, I found this link...some guy from Finland 1993 Accord 2.2 EXi (F22a3). Apparently, www.cb7tuner.com is famous, as well as USC, Lithium92 and shawn.hayden's cars!! hahaha....

                http://www.saunalahti.fi/~forumf1/honda/

Accord Honda online manual (not complete, but good for many things):

                http://www.honda.co.uk/owner/AccordManual/index.html

The engine bay looks fairly the same as our USDM Accords, you guys have some features like heated seats & side mirrors, headlight wipers, etc. This guy had no A/C on his Accord.

Therefore, if you're looking for a Honda Factory Manual (Helms), there is this technology called the internet. You are currently using it. I gave you the site before, but I guess I'll specify it even more for you buuuuuuuuuuuddy. Click below, pay, fill out your mailing address and you should have it at your door.

I see the F22a3 engines have IAB. Personally, I would get the 1991 manual because it has information regarding all 3 engines (f22a1, f22a4 and f22a6). For you, I would pay attention to the F22a6 information, seeing it's closest to your F22a3.

                Good luck.
