Instrument panel, windows, clock not working

My whole panel, tach, speedometer, fuel, temp gauge, power windows, clock, etc just stopped working. Is there is a main fuse or relay that could have gone bad???? Weird thing is, ....radio IS still working

Have YOU checked the fuses yet?

Does your stereo work and retain saved memory? (Clock and stereo memory use the same fuse)

actually this thread was made at 2 something PM it is now 2 am.....but anyways yes radio works....just cluster and windows and clock don't.....I have seen where alot of people have this issue but no fixes posted

Pwned. Sorry, my apologies, I missed the Am/Pm difference.

You need to check fuse #1 (10Amp) in the underdash fuse box and #24 (7.5A) in the under hood fusebox.

I don't have a fuse tester on me, but I pulled every fuse and they all looked ok....not a fully accurate test I know....I found this forum where they guy had the same issue and talks about it, then says he fixed it, ..but never says how.http://www.hondaaccordforum.com/foru...ad.php?t=25086 . this all originated when I was working on my shift cables. I have just recently had my cb swapped from auto to 5 speed. So all the auto wires are still there....one little clip touched the shift plate and made a tiny little spark and everything stopped working.....don't know if that helps any...It only touched the plate for a brief second.

Did you take off the thermostat ground, or accidently damage it by any chance?
Really need to check all the fuses (including the main ones)

are there any other fuses besides the ones in the drivers side kick and under hood??

No just under dash and under hood.

Clock fuses - #1 10A, #24 7.5A,
Window fuses - #15 80A, #5 7.5A
Gauge fuses - #1 10A, #2 15A

Also check #21 7.5A

this is so frustrating.....I am going to get some sleep being it is 4 30 am and will try to start going over everything again when I get up.....if anyone has had this problem and figured out a fix....please let me know.

well I have gone through and pulled every fuse in the kick panel and engine and replaced them and no change. I was reading online and someone was talking about it possibly being an issue with the electrical part of the ignition switch.....any Ideas on that one and how easy is it to change or inspect???

FIXED !! I read on another thread about someone having the same issue and it was a fuse that was labled as a spare fuse.....same here. Never checked those. Thank God it was nothing major!!!
