so i just redid the springs and i have a new exhaust but my right front wheel well/tire are making a noise that sounds like metal is scraping the ground. idk what it could be but its loud and annoying. The only time it stops is when my car is completely stopped. its not the brake pads because even if im not touching the breaks it still makes the sound sometimes if i touch the break it goes away. what could it be? pm me please

Checked if you accidently bent the brake stone guard against the disc.
Take the wheel off and turn the disc by hand to identify the noise.
