    oil leaak

i sprung two oil leaks this morning its a pretty constant flow so i jumped under and couldn't really tell as it was coming from the same spot. I took it to the shop and they said that it was my
    "oil filter adapter" and
    "oil pressure switch"
i went to honda to get the oil pressure switch but it did not do much
now my question is has anyone ever had problems like this?
by oil filter adapter do they mean the oil filter itself?
just reallyl confused on that term. and what i should actually
    go about fixing this
    thanks pictures please if possible

no not quite, if you have an A6 engine, then behind that oil filter is a "cooling plate", you need like a 36mm socket to remove that "pin( lack of words)" that the oil filter screws to and change a little o ring that goes on it so oil doesn't leak anymore.

the o ring from honda shouldn't be more than 3 bucks.

    it's really easy to replace.

You don't have a leaky o-ring around the dizzy, do you?

Seems to also be a common issue with F series engines over time.

      life is good.

i forgot to mention that i have a jdm h22
i took a look under again and i started it up and
its just a constant flow from the adapter where the oil filter screws on
im not sure if its the o ring or the entire
        setup.

your oil filter gasket might be busted dude... try doing and oil change with filter and see if that fix's the problem

did a full oil change changed the filter and the oil pressure switch and it still pours an even flow, maybe its the o ring or whatever behind the housing for the filter?

If it is around the oil filter, ad you already witch the switch, then it must be a bad oring that is in between the oil coller and engine block.

I had the same problem, and it was a very easy $4 fix, if it is the oil cooler itself then good luck.
