tranny trouble

well today i went and got my vafc2 tuned and all was great untill they showed me the graph. the baseline run was fine but the last run had a HUGE dip and they said it was my tranny slipping, its a big dip at 5500-6200rpm and i can also feel it while driving. Does this mean my tranny is heading to the dumpster or can it be fixed reasonably?

well, dont qoute me on this, but theres a notorious vtec power drop right at those rpm points. ive always heard about it, but never witnessed something on the dyno.......again, pm 2point6

yeh i know what your talkin about but thats not it, this is like a 30 hp dip and is way after my vtec engages
