Have you checked to see if the distributor cap got wet inside? If there's water on top of the engine, it's probably a wet dizzy.

My first thought also, sounds like the dizzy got wet. Pull the cap off and get a hair dryer on low heat and high fan speed and dry it out for about 5 minutes. Post back with your results after this.

Sounds like a bad O2 Sensor. Have you tried looking into that?
Accord 93 LX: H23 intake mani, Ebay short ram, P12 ecu, Full exhaust. Lots of noise... and that's about it, just noise. LOL

Make sure the seal on the dizzy cap is in good shape. I've rinsed water over my distributor a few times and it's never gotten wet inside.

why doesnt it need o2 readings? that determines how much fuel it gives the motor...

does it seem like it is lacking fuel or ignition? popping out of the intake?
