    ?manual transmission?

About how long does it take to remove the manual trans in my 90 lx? Pending I dont run into to many probs?

I had my 92 eagle talon fwd n/t down to 1/2 hr. pending all tools were already organized, but had no air! Swear to jeebus! It is so easy! Taken it out like 12 times total because my friend had bout the car off of me! so some how he conned me into working on it!

well sense u have experience, i would say half of how long it took me.
i drop my tranny/ my first trans removal last friday, took about 6 hours (wasnt rushing, making sure i remember where things go) oh, and that was removing the clutch and flywheel assembly also, so take about an hour off that (didnt have the right sockets to remove the damn clutch/FW) so took me about 5 hours to remove all neccessary things to be able to drop the tranny.

i also go stuck on removing my lower ball joints, had to run to the store to get the right tool for that. (take another 30min-hour off for that...lol)

It all depends on experince. Since it sounds like you know what you're doind then you should be alright. We can pull the trans here in about 30 to 45 min.

Well if I remember its all a peice of cake besides one rear motor mount bolt and the spindle nuts. I remember there was 2 guys standing the breaker bar trying to get my spindle nuts off, and one guy cramming on the breaks.

Next time try taking them off before you even lift the car off the ground.
