Hello all,
At this point I am posting this just incase anyone has any obvious ideas as to what is wrong that I might not have thought of.
The original issue started last summer, and essentially what happened is when I hit v-tec (h22 swapped) the temp gauge on my cluster dropped to zero.
Now that issue magically appeard for a few weeks, and then vanished, never to be heard from again.
Now I have an issue with an LC1 wideband. I know these things are a pain grounding wise, but I have them as good as you can get according to other people's posts.
So the issue am having now is that the heater circuit will open under high engine loads, and rpm's around v-tec engagement. (this problem came about around 3 months after lc1 install)
Things I have done...
Grounded, regrounded, oh and regrounded the LC1
Recalibrated the thing whenever I regrounded or changed anything.
Checked my 12V for consistency (currently on cig lighter)
Checked and rechecked engine / chassis grounds
Every joint is souldered and all connections have zero resistance.
I am changing 12V source on the LC1 directly to the battery to see if that has any affect on the issue.
Just open to ideas.
