stock cb clutch

Is the stock cb clutch a diaphram or spring type? I have an auto and im looking to do a 5 spd swap once spring time comes around or sooner. Opinions are welcome.

I'm fairly certain it's a diaphragm clutch.

Been a long time. Still alive...

according to autozone.com, it's a diaphragm
