idles @ 200/400 rpm with no throttle response

I bought a 1991 Accord none running and no real info from the seller of what happened or what they did to the car. Car has spark and fuel but wouldn't start. Replaced the ECU with one from a 1992 Accord and got the car to start but only idles between 500- 600 rpms and with any throttle car bogs down and will die. See below for video Swap the ecu from a 1990 accord and does the same thing. I tried to pull engine codes, found none.

What I have done, with no change to the car

    check compression reads 150 150 148 150

check spark plugs, found them gaped correctly but black and a heavy smell of fuel

fast idle valve was loose so I tighten it

    map sensor replaced

    fuel pressure reg replaced

replaced complete distributor thinking it had weak spark

    cleaned the iacv

    replaced spark plug wires

replaced injectors thinking one or two were stuck open dumping raw fuel

replaced Throttle body along with tbs

I am now lost and don't know what to do next!!

Curious as to how you got those RPM's readings, as our tachs start at 500 RPM's.

Have you made sure everything is hooked up (vacuum wise)?

Try cleaning you iacv and iatv, they both can cause a very low idle and die with any throttle.

did you properly set ignition timing when u replace the dizzy? severely retarded ignition timing can contribute to low idle/sluggishness... also, checking the ignition timing will tell you if your cam is timed right
