Stock rods have been known to be good for 400hp+
Any particular reason why you want to change the rods?
What do you have planned to do?

        Have a look through Cisco's project http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=26368

        And here http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=118749

That build compilation will help show who has changed rods and who hasn't.
You don't necessarily have to change them, but If your going all out you might as well for extra insurance
