    Fuel guage not reading at all

    i pumped 20 buck in gas the other day and noticed the needle has not moved where do i look first? oh BTw needle has been in the same positon since i got the car its been in the garage since purchase under construction finally registered it and went to pump more than what a cherry can cud hold and noticed the problem.

    Pop the trunk and check the connection to the float in the fuel tank. The float sends a signal to the fuel gauge to indicate the fuel level. Also, make sure that the needle hasn't fallen below the stop tab on the gauge. I've seen that happen before. I don't know how, but it does.

      its a coupe so i guess it'll be under the rear bench correct?

        Yeah, I think the sending unit is under the rear seat.
