No Interior lights 91 CB7

Anyone have any ideas as to why I have dash lights but no courtesy/dome lights? Fuses look good in fuse box (in car) and under hood I changed the "Lighting Relay" under the hood on passenger fender well still NO INTERIOR LIGHTS (in doors or dome light) bulbs look good as well.

Anyone have any advice?

sounds like wiring...does your turn signals, radio and clock work??? you might wanna get a test light and check if theres electricity going to the fuses...

Everythign else works. Everything, except the intermittent function on the windshield wipers works (sometimes) but the mist and regular and fast wipers ALL work. Dash lights work, clock ,radio, windows etc all work. Glove box and trunk light work. Am I missing a relay or fuse somewhere-I've check under the dash (footwell and under the hood passenger fender) anything else?

i would just buy a test light and check that your getting electricity through the wires...

No electricity through the wires...checked that. Has to be a fuse/relay somewhere....

or theres a burnt wire...you could jump a wire from another fuse to that fuse and see if it works....not the best way but it's just to see if anything do work...

Door sensors ...were stuck or bad. I took them off jimmy'd them and clean them hit them with some electrical cleaner and cleaned the grounds. Now I have door lights, interior chime (key and lights on which didn't work before) now 3 of the 4 door sensors work but still no dome light.

Do all 4 HAVE to work before dome light comes on?

naw..that i would say might be the bulb...i hate them kind of bulbs..i had a few cars that they looked ok but they were blown..

If the INT windshield wiers dont work your fuse is blown replace..

Fuse is fine...intermittant setting on the wipers works "sometimes" I think the wiper stalk is failing....died like that on my GSR.

If the INT is failing... Just the INT... The fuse is blown or starting to blow OR you got a short in the wire.

I can't diagnose starting to blow...but the fuse which I pulled and switched with another of the same amp is fine for the wipers/int-int still functions when it feels like it. The main problem I have now is just finding out why the dome light is kaput.

Will diagnose that today.

Look into replacing the ICU. Integrated Control Unit. It controls the dome light, rear defrost, corner lights, and some other things. Its a little brown or black box located on the interior fuse block. Its a pita to get out but its doable. Just go to the pull a part and snag you one from an Accord and stick it in your pocket. These things are notorious for going bad in our cars and I have already been through like 3. And to help you further, its aout 3"x3". Try that and lemme know
