My Setup
JDM H22A (Out of an Automatic)
Lightweight Flywheel
Balance Shafts disabled
OEM intake with Accord air box, K&N Filter
OEM Exhaust, Original Accord Cat
91 Octane Shell "Nitrogen Enriched"
Prior to intalling the Engine I cleaned the EGR ports till they were vitually chrome inside....
Anyway.
I installed 1 step hotter plugs in my engine from the very beginning.
My results were
590 rpm HC's Recorded: 358 ppm Passing: 100ppm FAIL
2700 rpm HC's Recorded: 54ppm Passing: 150ppm Pass
So I tried an F22 PT3 ECU LOL!
The results...
701 rpm HC's Recorded: 549ppm Passing 100ppm GP FAIL
2830 rpm HC'S Recorded 299ppm Passing 150ppm GP FAIL
Then I tried bumping up the idle with P13
980 rpm HC's recorded 245ppm Passing: 100ppm FAIL
So im well within the range on the "highway" test, but it just fails miserably on the idle!
Any advice? I gotta register in FEB so I need to get this done.
