Valve cover not coming off

So i had a valve cover laying around and i was bored so i decided to throw it on.
This is a h22a btw.
I took off all the bolts, but one, i could not get it off, it just kept endlessly spinning. it was the one on the bottom right if your looking at the valve cover from the top. not the one underneath the alternator wires, but on the outside.
Any suggestions?

sounds like its stripped and u might have to drill it out. thats what im understanding might be the problem

put something underneath the nut while you loosen like a small screwdriver.
