i just change my lower tubes seals about 4-5 weeks ago, changed the spark plugs and wires, then about 2 weeks ago my car starts turning off randomly and the cell light would come on, its just a solid cel, then i would have oil in my spark plugs again this time on all 4, so i checked everything and found out that the rear acorn nut valve cover wasnt tight enough, so i tightened it and replace the spark plugs and wires again, theres no more oil down the tube, and it ran fine for a 2 days, but then today, it just turned off again and the cel light came back on, so when i got home i checked for codes and there was nothing. what could it be? bad dizzy? cap and rotor? or ecu?? i dont really know what could be causing this.

Is there oil inside the spark plug wires where they connect to the spark plug?

Its wise to pull a CEL right away even if its not flashing.

nope its dry. i always check before i start up the car.

and even thou theres no cel i still check and still nothing comes up. when do the CEL comes up it would be solid.

TIP: A CEL doesn't mean it always has codes when lit. Sometimes the CEL lit without codes meaning there is something wrong with the engine. However , there is no specific code to accurately pin-point the problem.

changing the distributor tomorrow since it has life time warranty at autozone hope this helps.
