The F22B1 head flows like crap... but it does ok with boost. You can make respectable power on a stock F22B1 as long as you do it properly. If I were in your position, I'd boost the SOHC instead of trying to make a frankenstein. Boosting a stock block is enough of a risk, without adding in the potential reliability issues of a headswap on top of it! Save the money you were going to spend on a head, and put it into buying GOOD turbo stuff. Don't buy a cheap small turbo... you'll need something larger for a 2.2L, and the proper size can cost money.
