Electrical Problems for the 100th time!!!

Okay this is the deal. I'm really hate working on something that deals with electrical current and it pisses me off but here is the problem

Prob: While driving, I noticed that the dash starts to fade and I dont know about the exterior lighting but sure it fades. When the car is started up it puts out 14v's but dont know what's the voltage while driving. But i do know if I come to a stop it shines like a christmas tree. I had the alternator checked b'cuz I figured it might be the problem but nothing. It checks out fine. No problems starting or nothing.

Question: Where do I go from here. I'm lost, I'm pissed, and I'm about the blow the hell out of my car b'cuz its always something electrical with this CB.

Plz help before I do it. j/k

    and to clarify things,

    1) Check engine lights on - Code 11, Nothing else
    2) a couple of days back that battery light was blinking when i turned my CB off
    3) I got a system in it. Running 2 10's

This could be a sign of your Alternator dying, but just to be sure, check your Electric Load Detector. Then pull the Alternator and Battery out of the car and have them evaluated.

Remember, a dying alternator will kill a battery and a dying battery will kill an alternator. The only way to be sure is to check them both.

How would I check the EDL?

This is the test I ran:
        1) Checked battery = 12.52v
        2) Started CB = 14.25v
        3) Drove the car. dash dims little bit
        4) Parked car; still on = 14.25v
