i just put a coldair on today and after i hooked everything on n put the all the hoses on my car is idling super high

Probably the hose that activates the lower box at 4k rpm or whatever. Anyway plug up the lines at the throttle body should get rid of your leak. When you install CAI those hoses are obsolete other than the PCV.

i believe when I installed mine, I had to cap off one port on the intake plenum since the intake eliminated a vac. line.

I'm willing to bet the hose you describe above it for the intake resonator solenoid, which should be plugged off at the hose or remove that hose and install vacuum plug at that intake manifold port. That is more than likely your vacuum leak.
Beware that on cold-air intakes you will more often clean the filter, so keep an eye on it.
