    i have a 5 inch automet tach silver but i can t find the intructions on the site and i forgot wich of the two loops was supposed to be cut please help

      k ill try that cuz everything works its just the shift light is always on and its not supposed to to that and it doesnt read the rpms but i know its on the right wire and usually if the wires arent set up for a 4 cyl it will just read it wrong so i dont know

              No no, he's asking about the two wires that form a loop on the back of the autometer tach itself. You have to cut one of them in order for it to work on a 4 cylinder.
