Ok listen, timing belt broke, had my car towed, now my car is in my garage which is very small and tight... my question is can i change the timing belt without having to lift the engine ? i mean i really dont want to have my car tow to a shop now towing sucks balls and cost mad money round my way!

well if none of your valves are bent....think of it this way... are you prepaired to replace possiably your entire engine? If not then i'd get the genuine belts.... just for the quality...on something like valve timing you just dont want to cheap out on..... would most likely cost you more in the long run.....

Be sure nothing was damaged when the belt broke... It's possible that you destroyed some valves.
And I agree about the genuine belt. Getting a cheap-o belt is just not worth the risk. Yeah, it may work for a while. It may even work as long as a good one would. But if it doesn't, you're in for trouble. IF your engine is OK this time around, it may not survive another belt breaking.
Still, check to make sure your engine is ok first. Might as well get another F22 for a few hundred if there is damage. Hell, I sold my engine for $50!
