surging from 1000-1500 only in neutral and park both the iac and fitv looked like they where replaced but my fitv was stock could not tighten it or losing it

Make sure your coolant levels are fine, try and bleed the coolant system as well. There's a sticky in the beginners page.90 Accord EX F22a1 Auto R.I.P.
