This isn't my car it's my friends integra. While accelerating his car shakes but not while on the freeway and we can't figure out why,his car is completly stock, I've check all of his bushings and those are good, his rotors are good the only thing he has that is aftermarket are the motor mounts which I know can cause a car to shake at idle but I'm unsure about while accelerating.

Tires
You never mentioned tire balancing. This can cause vibrations during acceleration.1997 Honda Accord EX-V6:

its your axles when i brought my srt the last person that had it must have been racing it a great deal. When you accellerate its usually the axles or wheelbearings but more likely the axles.
And when you brake its the rotors. Well from my experience. After i changed the axles problem went away becasue they were worn.

I had a similar vibration in my car after I replaced the axle. I had it back to the mechanic on numerous occasions and I was told it was everything under the sun other than the axle, from the transmission to improperly balanced wheels, bent rims, etc...
I replaced the axle with a new one and the problem disappeared.
