my cb is acting a damn fool. it runs rich and just lopes like a lil v8. I have replaced the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, coil, egr valve, map sensor, IAC and have even found and fixed a small vaccum leak. still... it runs rich and won't stay on. it just starts and falls on its face. who has had symtoms like these b4, who can help me??!!

i've had a defective fuel pressure regulator due symptoms like that. how do you know its running rich?
