you can probably go 2.5" on the exhaust. that wont hurt anything and the intake manifold upgrade is a definite plus.

make sure you are sporting a 3" intake

The stock intake has ribs that won't allow the air to flow as well as a solid tube.

Ribs are for condoms, not intake tubes

when yal speak of the intake you mean the pipe with the airfilter or the 4 tunnels running to the engine parallel of the headers Intake manifold i think?

You can get larger and more efficient mufflers that ase jst as quiet as the stock one. Btw you know the rules, no sales pitches in sigs . . .

So if I do this ( C.A.I - H22a Throttle Body - H23 plenum - Spacer - Ebay Headers and Downpipe - 2.2 Exhaust - Stock muffler from a Civic SI(they sound good).....will I see a difference not look for a huge difference just like customizing my car, but dont wanna downgrade

sounds like a start there. Maybe a cam regrind or a bisi. A stage one is a streetable cam and you dont have to do any head work to keep it. After that a new ecu thats tunable and your set to put down some good numbers.
