You're swapping an engine into a car it doesn't belong, of course there will be minor setbacks.

Half of the threads that are started would be prevented with a simple search.

The problem is people don't take the time to research everything involved with the swap. All they hear is that the H22 swap can be done. They don't realize that if you have an internal coil that you have to rebuild the distributor, or if you use the Prelude lsd trans, that to have to tap and thread the holes for the prelude trans to line up right in the Cb, or that you have to modifiy the fuel line. They just run out and order the swap, dump it right in. Then you wind up with all these threads titled "H22 swap done, engine won't start?" or "Swap done, no start".
