    Serious idle hunt

I have just finished swapping a f22b2 from a 1994 accord lx into my 1990 accord lx, and i am having a serious problem. When i start the car it will rev to about 3000 rpms, then go down to about 1400 rpms, then back up to 3000 and back down and so on. This goes on for as long as the car is running, even if the car is warmed up it still does this. I have checked the ECU for codes and the only one i got was code 4 which is for the crank position sensor, which i checked and is okay. so i cleared the ECU, and the code hasn't come up again. I have checked just about everything, and i cannot find what is causing the problem. I have checked all electrical connections, vacuum line, coolant lines, everything. one thing to note though is that my power steering belt is not hooked up, and my Air conditioning lines, and compressor have been removed. hopefully you can help me cuz, this is driving me nuts.

          Its the 1990 ecu.
But that doesn't matter becuase i have found the problem, and have resolved it.

The problem was that the 1990 intake manifold didn't completely line up with the 1994 gasket, and it left some very small gaps under the runners causing a lack of vacuum therefore causing my sensors to raise rpms to compensate, and then there was too much vacuum, and rpms would drop, but then..... and so on.... anyways to solve this problem i just loosened the manifold, and put gasket maker in there, and then tightened the manifold back down and let the gasket maker harden, and voila no more problems.
