FITV is only for cold starts. for some reason it can also affect idle as well.

yeah it sucks when its cold she wont run for nothin lol but yeah i was nervous when i went to the ref i didnt tell him i have a cam i just crossed my fingers lol but it passed unless its not a true 272 cuz i bought it off ebay, but it says 272 in the end of the cam it just looks like somone used a dremel to do it, idk how delta marks them?? but it pulls HARD to red line and thats on the stock ecu.

when did you have it reffed? was it recently...did they put it on the dyno?

Im in a smog program so i may be able to help.

but your h23 mani should be fine as long as all vac lines are in tact like the h22 was.
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

i was going to say, i tihnk you'd fail on a dyno.

Yuba City is a type 1, no dyno, just two speed idle (unless they changed it in the last year).

I'd say that if you passed the ref you'll probably pass smog. The person probably won't even realize that the manifold is there.

Cali is one of the worst places to have a modified car with all of these laws and restrictions on vehicles. But nice weather

thats great, non enhanced areas. Yea you should be ok, get that CAT heated up then go in for the smog, be at least 50-75% gas in your tank so they can do the evap test as well. Dont be full or empty.

okay so i went in on friday and didnt pass inspection because of the map sensor on the h22 throttle body wasnt pluged in so im going to unplug the stock f22 map sensor and use the h22 one because if that woulndt have stood out i would have been golden.
