i read in the Haynes manual that you should see you batt charging at 14 to 15 volts with the car crunk, mines charges at 13volts for some reason im getting ready to do the big 3 upgrade, but even with that i read that you only get 14 volts so im asking how is it that you can make it charge at 15 volts???

You don't really want 15v. Anytime you got more then 14.7 going to a battery it's bad news. anywhere above 12 and below 14.7 is good.

with all stock wiring 15 volts is to much. it will cause problems. when you start upgrading the system it will in turn handle more. The bigger the wires the more power they can safely provide. Check up on the voltage for the battery.Last edited by moetan; 07-12-2009, 01:07 AM.
