Crank it UP!!

So i was on another junk yard journy.....and Lo and Behold,an H22a4 Block was looking me right in the face .......But!! there was a little Problem,the Crank didnt turn and i was told by some of the workers that its been thier for a while,so what do you guys think should i Snatch that up or what?

for more, i wouldn't unless it had everything still attached to it but still, $30 for a block they can't scrap for that much but may have some useful shit on it would be nice

look around on the ground for anythign you can attach to it.

it had the crank pully still on it and belt,but it wouldnt budge....trust me I yanked a pulled pretty hard on that Sucker!! can it just be seized up from being in the elements is there anyway to save this block??
