Ok i dont know whats goin on i have a manual f22a6 and in almost every gear it seams to lagg befor going but even then it dosnt seem to pick up speed fast enough. Like it strugles to get to 75mph. Is this timing error or what?? Let me know what i should check out for this prob. I did a search but couldnt find much on this sort of topic.

take it to a shop and have them check your timing, if its off, tell them to fix it. u shouldnt be charged more then a half hour for this if you cant do it yourself. please just dont go advancing ur timing.Finally Up and Running. Numbers to Follow. Check my MR

I remember mine lagged REALLY bad, and I never knew why my friends 5th gen was so much more quick than mine taking off when he had an LX and I have an EX.
I had a valve adjustment, replaced water pump and timing belt, and the rest of the FULL engine tune up. I spent about $500 in all, but my car was damn quick after that!
