When my cars running at full throttle it seem like its running really slow, anybody can tell what can be the problem with besides timming?

maybe you need a tune up and better gas

did it just recently start?
if not
i wuld say check the throttle cable first, c if its adj correctly,
take ur intake hose off,
have sumone press the pedal to the floor,
and c if the butterfly opens all the way

I clean the throttle body and made sure the butterfly was opening all the way up and it was. I check the throttle cables and its fine, I did found out this... my oil pressure is acting funny because when I start it up the oil light blinks twice, its been doing it since I switch back to royal purple 5w 30 about almost two ago. I don't understand why but I think my car has oil issues, what kind, I don't know, but it seems to like mobil one over any other oil. Some body help me with oil issues. I feel royal purple is the best when it come to constance driving and racing but mobil one is great for the same but what oil is for my car?

I seriously doubt that a lack of power is caused by an oil pressure problem (which you may or may not have, can't say but doubt it from what you say). If the car is not misfiring but just not producing enough power then the most likely place to look would be induction and fuel supply.

First place to look would be your air filter (may be choked so engine can't draw in enough air), then your fuel filter (may be blocked, so not flowing enough fuel and thus leaning out). Fuel pressure might also be an issue (which could be related to the fuel filter or the pump or the fuel pressure regulating valve). Maybe check that the flap valve that lives in one of the two induction pipes (that lead into the air filter box) is not stuck closed.

I see where that could be a problem since I haven't check that to see if it could be one of the problems, thanks I'll look into it. Can some show me on a video on how to properly clean the throttle body...please add it to this thread.

hose 'er down with it off the car, real simple..just look at it.


but in all honesty...it doesnt sound like a dirty throttle body or oil is your issue.
plugs? fuel filter? wires? ignitor? shit fuel? old motor? crazy?
