I need a little bit of help....

Yeah so I just bought my 1993 Honda Accord EX Model, and theres a stick between the seat that i sit in to hodl the steering wheel and the seat next to me with a bunch of numbers on it... can u guys help me out on what it is?

I think he means a stick in front of the drivers seat, not a stick between the two seats. You say its there to hold the steering wheel in place? Maybe some kind of anti-theft device?
