When you say the cluster lights dim, Is it just the cluster, or do all the lights (clock, headlights ect.) dim?

Id say maybe one of your main grounds is loose for the cluster.

It sounds like an alternator problem. Get it tested. Also check your grounds, especially the transmission ground. That makes all the difference.

Well the headlights dont dim cause I have HID's and I dont think the clock dims. Its just the lights on the cluster.

I tested the Alternator the morning and its good. My system(subs, Amp) is draining the Battery faster then the Alternator can keep up.

I'm gonna get a cap and see if that helps.
I will post a pic of the harness that went bad one I get it. Its my 2nd one but the one I replaced it with was also used, and free!! lol

Oops... I misread your question then yes its not ignitor related lol...I didnt see the speedo part. Ignitor is Tach Specific but not Speedo. You will also feel the ignitor fluctuate the car when driven if tis going bad. I would check your connections as mentioned already and make sure the cluster itself isnt acting up.
