if you're low enough to tuck, then yes, they'll rub a little.

i'm on 18 by 7 1/2 wide. With a 3 inch drop. no rubbage.

if you're dropped at least 2in. you'll rub on the outer side of the fenders. if not, you'll rub when you turn your wheels completely left or right, on the inner fender. a +35 offset is not the right offset for our cb7s. most hondas use a +40 to +45 offset to avoid any type of rubbing from the tires.
