tranny/ clutch problems! help

hey guys

i have my stock tranny, with its stock clutch on my car (225XXX miles)

and its starting to grind pretty bad, its kind of hard to shift to , i kind of have to "throw" it in gear, while driving,

is this possible a bad linkage?

clutch or forsure tranny?

grinding could be caused by bad clutch if its not disengaging propperly but it could also be damaged synchros in the tranny. highly doubt its linkage.
