How low was the oil? How many quarts does it take to get it where it should have been? Have you considered that the battery might be weak?

check main relay, distributor and cables. try finding any electrical issues first.

did you check your Starter for power on it?
                  Check fuses also.

ok, you can hear starter click but maby still not have sufficient power for crank.

Check the contacts on battery, take it off clean and put again.

Also can be a contacts inside starter - starter click but do not turn starter motor on...
You can check voltage on it, ask somebody to turn key for starter position and measure voltage between ground and fat positive contact on starter.

let us know if its work
