Does the car crank at all?
Did it just not start one day, or has it been getting worse over time?

Where is the oil reading on the dipstick right now?

Theres hundreds of reasons why cars won't start - Broken cambelt, main relay, starter motor, fuel pump etc.
But we can't help you properly without any info
yeah sorry i got tired and fell asleep last night ummm yeah it does everything acts fine (meaning it sounds like it should start) it just doesnt...im about to head out side and check my dizzy and if thats fine i might jump the service connector and see if i get anything.

It's the second easiest thing for you to check. Have you checked to make sure you have gas? (It's the first easiest thing, in case you wondered.)
yes visualpoet i did check the dizzy pulled the plugs once i got the deep socket i needed b/c i didnt have it and i know how easy checking oil is i used to do oil changes for people all the time...i only asked for a differant way b/c my oil light was acting funky but thats not the problem..oil level is fine meaning at two holes...i just removed filler cap and looked for camshaft movement looked fine to me b/c rocker arms moved at basic quick pace and cams at half that. none of the ignition or batt fuses were blown and yes as stated i have a whole half tank of gas in my tank.
      Thanks

                    1) Do you have fuel at fuel rail?
                    2) Do you have spark?
                    3) Do you have compression?
                    4) Is your timing correct?

Answer those four questions as yes and your car will start and run.

make sure that one of your plugwires arent bad and that they're all plugged in. Before i replaced them, occasionally when i'd close the hood one of them would pop off of the spark plug a little bit, and prevent my car from starting. Also check to make sure all of your fuses and stuff are in all the way, i had another intermittant problem with starting that i fixed by tightening/wiggling everything in my fusebox.
