hey fam, i have a question? has anyone xperienced the pass or driver window not go all the way up straight? it kicks out towards the front and leaves a gap on the backside of the glass. ihave to manually push the glass back to put the window up all the way. i tried some sealent called pit crews choice, it says it suppose to bond glass. does anyone know what kind of glue can be used to stop the glass from slipping? the front plastic clip isnt attached to the window anymore and when i wind the window up it shifts, which causes the window to drop down in the front.

glue
i went to a glass shop and the told me to put a 2 part apoxy on the window and the plastic bracket that holds the window. i did and let it sit for 3 days. it didnt help it's still doing the same thing. i also roughed up the window glass so the glue will have something to bite to and wont slide. but it's still doing the same thing. dipping in the front when i put up the window.

I thought the window sash pin kit was for coupes only:

As previously noted the problem may remain with the window regulator. Is this a non-power DX model? Have you taken off the door panel to see if the regulator's bolts are loose first (as stated earlier).

car model
it's a 91 honda accord lx 4door. i took off the panel the screws are tite. the only thing loose is the plastic wedge that holds the window to the channel. that is what i put the apoxy on. i let it set for a couple of days and when i did put the window down and then up it did the same thing again. i roughed up the glass so it would have alittle texture to give the apoxy something to stick to. i also rough up the wedge to make it alittle rough to also give it something to bite.

problem might be easier to fix then u know. first get a can of Silicon Spray at any local Automotive shop then follow as per below.
1. open your window all the way
2. spray Silicon Spray on the rubber lining/track (the rubber that touches the window).
*apply more as needed
3. roll window up
this might work. does the problem still occur? let me know. thanks!

also afterwards, u may wanna "help" your car manually with the window alignment everytime u roll up the window. for instance when the window is rolling up, before the window can become mis-aligned, push against the glass putting a little pressure on the outside of the window pushing toward the car (you're gonna have to be at a stop outside your car to do this, of course derrrr...)
let me know if that's unclear, but i dunno how else to say it.. lol

Yesterday I replaced the regulator and motor in my wagon (same as sedan) and had the same problem with the new regulator. It seemed there was too much play between the bracket that connects the window to the regulator itself. I ended up using just the new motor and fiting everything back on to the old regulator and regreasing it all.
Check your regulator. As people said, it's 2 bolts from the window to the reg and 6 bolts from the reg to the door, all 10mm. It's easy to pop off the door panel too. Let me know if you need help getting anything off. I'm a "new" pro at it. =PI <3 My Honda CB9!
