Camber kit damage to control arm mounting point

I just discovered this the other day when I had my wheel off while doing my oil change. I've got Progress camber blocks front and rear, but the D/S one is REALLY digging into the mounting spot for the anchor type bolt...so bad that its chipping some metal pieces away and the nut ontop is sunken in a bit. Its the rear mounting block on the D/S UCA that's damaging it.

Is there any way to repair this? This may be affecting my alignment as well since its damaged. I hope I don't have to remove the entire shock tower area.... Would it be okay to stick a nice thick washer underneath the 19mm nut ontop for extra support? this really worries me, i don't want the control arm to collapse when I'm taking a corner at high speed or something.
