Lately I've been having more grinds and more problems getting in and out of gear. I thought it might be air int he clutch lines, so a friend and I bled the system manually last Sat. Pedal didn't change, it was still only about 75% there and still a pain to get in gear. The slave cyl was replaced last yr with a Honda part so I thought it might be the MS. I repalced the master cyl Sun morn but forgot to bench bleed it and then we started bleeding the whole system, so air might have gotten in there from the new MS. We spent three hours bleeding it Sun night and got no where. The pedal was complete mush and the car just wouldn't go in gear. We were making small progress, very small. So i tow the car to the local Tires Plus and have them bleed the system....no change. Still no pedal.
Today they are going to hopefully have Milex use a pressure bleeder on the system. I still think its air in the system, but I could be wrong. The clutch wasn't showing any signs of wear (no slipping, no squeaking). Any ideas what this could be guys??
