slooooow leak on power steering line

My high pressure line has a very slow leak in it somewhere, when it got broke loose the other day. The thing is, right now its really slow. Would it be possible to repair it somehow, like draining it/ cleaning that section, locating the leak and jb welding it? I know it's pretty rusty there, but would it be feasible to sand it at all, or would it just be broken worse? Does anyone know the size of the fitting on that hose?
