It is easy to do if you just get involved in it rather than just reading about how to do it. Physlcally doing it without knowing how is the absolute best way to learn how to work on your car. Try first then if you get stuck ask questions. There is only one way to do it right and thats to just take everything off. if your not replacing anything you dont even have to remember where to put bolts back!

Ok mayb there is not a diy A/c delete. So mayb some 1 that has done it can answer this question. the a/c conderser and the lines infront of it come out? And is there anything special I need to do like mod something? do I gotta cover anything or seal anything? thanks for the help if some1 does help.

if the ac lines have not been cleared take it somewhere to have the refrigerant removed from the system. the lines in front do come off the unbolt from the condensor and can be removed from the compressor.

well i had the engine out/ front end apart. i had unbolted the compressor from the engine and left it connected i unbolted the compressor and there was no fluid in the lines. so since i was removing abs also and doing a mild tuck i just cut the lines into chunks and wiggled them off the car.

Yeah, a little anger, you know how the cb7's can get.

you would be supprised at how easy that shit cuts.

if ur gonna remove the evarator (untherneath the dash) u dont have to take the dash out make sure when u take the core out tu put the plastic box out, or ur blower wont work

in FL we need A/C so i need it

id suggest just removing the lines up to the firewall so you dont have to start digging under your dash. i dont really know why you need a step by step DIY sounds like your scared of doing not to hate but seriously. with the amount of time you have spent writing in this thread alone i could have removed 2 ac systems out of CB's! Just start in the front. remove the bumper to gain access to the condensor. unbolt the lines and the brackets holding the condenser in place and remove the condenser. Then remove the lines going to the compressor. Then remove the belt to the ac condensor which also goes around the powersteering and then remove the compressor. this is much easier to do if you remove the radiator as well because you have a direct shot at the compressor and an easy way of getting it out. The ac lines disconnect just before the firewall so just diconnect the lines there and leave the lines that go into the firewall and remove the portion of lines that go from firewall to compressor. This should be more than enough info for you to get started.
