so i removed the oil pan and the ten bolts from the crank case as my hanes book called it but i cant remove it is thier a thread or can anyone tell me how to do it

i have no idea what your talking about in relation to removing the crankcase. The definition of the crankcase is the area where the crank sits. This area on an accord is accessible just by removing the oil pan thats all.

dont need to take the main caps/girdle off...
you just need to rotate the engine to where the rod nuts are accessible. once those are removed, you bring the crank journal towards the piston and this will give you enough room to take the rod cap off.
then for the bearing closest to the piston, use the end of a dead blow hammer which is hopefully made of rubber and hit the side of the cap so it moves upward in the cylinder and away from the journal.
im hoping you have the head off so you can hit the piston back down and remember to replace with the same color/size rod bearing otherwise you'll change the desired clearances.
why are you repalcing them anyways?
