the EGR gasket is like $3-4...Although for the plate I just used some copper sealant and had no leaks...


It helped my idle from being so lopey and erratic when I had the Delta 272 in my SOHC...

I'm making mine from a soda can. I was told you can also use a piece of old headgasket.

yea i dont wanna spend +$20 for a little piece of metal or aluminum.

A friend made it for me from some sheet aluminum... it's pretty thick and he did an awesome job...

Willie/aka v4lu3s on HS...he might sell you one for a decent price...

But you can also just use 1 or 2 layers of soda can with some copper sealant gasket maker goo...works exactly the same and is what I was using before I got the plate from Willie...
